The lease of the estate (?) of ----- -----
having expired Friday, January 31, 1941, Mr. ----- -----
has not received any copy of the new contract which
should have been completed on the same day as the
preceding one. A copy of the last lease will be
sent to you but since the text is on file in the
occupied zone, this dispatch will require a certain
delay. The lease mentioned had a duration of three
years. The yearly rent was fixed at -----, while
the new rent will be indicated as soon as possible
by telegram.
