Referring to your telegram No. 26 to Montreal.
The publishing house "DUCEP" would be grateful to the department if they would give the desired information to Mr. ? ) who indicated to you in an air mail letter of September 6 the "BLOY" text which he wanted to publish. This house, who say they are well acquainted with the copyright law as it (applies to ?) FEREY and GLAUDE, are also anxious to obtain authorization to reproduce passages from the speeches of Marshal PETAIN as reprinted in the bulletins of the department.
