Referring to your telegram No. 37, on December 13 I sent to the Department the following telegram, numbered 372, which was not received:
"Referring to your telegram No. 232, The government has only told me that the suppliant is actually living here. I requested a second time for the information particularly concerning the whereabouts of COLL during October last. I shall telegraph you the reply immediately it is received.
Signed: MONTHAS."
I should be grateful if you could:
1) Retransmit this message;
2) Let me know whether you have received my telegram No. 17 concerning the sending of couriers by air;
3) Let me have immediately the money requested from the Department in several tele-
