With regard to the attitude of the French-
Canadians the unofficial "Canada" recognizes that it
will leave a bad impression. But on the other hand
England is legitimately forced to this belligerent
act by the necessities of war and in conclusion, that
we must not listen too much to the dictates of our hearts,
nor be led astray to the joy of the enemy.
