**Diplo 422.**
The Minister of Industrial Production says that it will be possible to supply, for the second quarter, 1500 tons of sodium chlorate. 1000 tons of potassium chlorate can be provided in 1945 if the necessary packing materials are available. No potassium permanganate can be furnished owing to the lack of manganese ore. Signed: DIPLOMANACE.

NOPPENOT suggests that Commandant BERNARD make arrangements for the importation of coke, the Army and Navy Petroleum Board having stated that SHAEF alone can authorise it.
