SONNET requests details about a telegram he has received from GIACOBSI asking him to obtain the State Department's consent to send two Annamite speakers to the U. S. for French propaganda broadcasts to Indo-China.
He points out that if his interpretation is correct, the French Government should be extremely careful about the choice of speakers, who ought to be completely trustworthy. He cites "a certain person" who, at the recent IPR conference, was not.
