*Would you please have the Canadian authorities bring their influence to bear on the (State Department ?) so that an American visa should be issued to Mr. M. Renault as requested by the University of Quebec. Have the University of Quebec make reservations at New York for Renault, his wife, and three children aged 3,6 and 4 years old.
