Mr. Renault approves of the suggestions made in your telegram No. 234. Would you please request the University of Quebec to make a reservation on the plane and to let us know the date of its departure from Lisbon. Moreover, would you please ask the Canadian authorities to have their consul in Lisbon issue a Canadian visa to Mr. Renault, and have the (French Ambassador ?) in Washington request the State Department for an American (entrance ?) visa for Renault.
